What we do

Our work here is the design and the marketing. We handle the look of the store and the content marketing around it: the product pages, the explainer pages and the blog, together with the meta titles and descriptions and the internal linking. All of it is in Simplified Chinese, because that is the language the entire business trades in, from the navigation labels to the product names to the enquiry form. The store runs on WooCommerce.

A traditional medicine ingredient is bought on trust in the seller rather than on features, because the buyer cannot tell one grade from another by looking. So the store leads on provenance and on testing, publishes the grade structure openly, and puts a large amount of explanatory reading behind a very short product list. That is the opposite shape to most stores, and it is the right shape for this trade.
