What we do

Our work here is the marketing and the search visibility. We look after the meta titles and descriptions, the heading structure and the internal linking, and we handle the content marketing across both the English pages and the Simplified Chinese ones, so somebody searching for a trademark renewal or a patent annuity in either language reaches the page that answers that question rather than the home page. The design and the build are somebody else's work and we make no claim to them.

Trademarks and patents are searched, filed, registered and renewed through a web dashboard rather than in person, and the site states coverage of Malaysia, Singapore and up to ten countries from one account. Their published starting prices are USD319 for trademark work and USD199 for patent management.

Mission and vision

No mission or vision statement is published. What the site leads on instead is three promises in its own words: competitive pricing, a filing process that needs nothing but an internet connection, and speed. Their terms also state plainly that the service is not legal advice, which is worth knowing before you use it.

Intellectual property is one of the few services where the buyer usually does not know what they are buying. Somebody with a new brand knows they should protect it and has no idea whether that means a trademark or a patent, what it costs, or how long it lasts. So the pages that carry the most weight on this site are not the service pages, they are the two FAQ pages, which answer those questions properly and then hand the reader to the right service.

The site runs in English and Simplified Chinese, which matters in Penang and matters more for a service sold nationally. The Chinese pages cover the main commercial route rather than the whole site, and the two versions are paired so the right one is served to the right searcher.
