What we do

We revamped Ifreight International into a modern, mobile first site built around the six things they actually sell. The work covered the design, the build and the writing. Every service has a page of its own rather than a line in a list, and the practical tools a shipper needs sit on the site rather than behind an email: a tracking lookup, a published sailing schedule and a quote form that asks five things. The site is on a monthly plan with us, so pages and content are added as the business grows.

Short description

Ifreight International Sdn Bhd is a freight forwarder headquartered in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, moving cargo between Asia and the United States. They handle the whole chain rather than one leg of it: the booking, the customs paperwork, the storage and the truck at the far end. Offices in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Jakarta and Singapore. Full description

Freight is a business of small anxieties: where is my container, when does the next vessel sail, who is clearing it. The site answers all three without anybody picking up a phone, which is the entire reason the tracking page and the schedule page exist rather than being promised on request.

The service pages are written for a shipper deciding who to trust, not for a search engine. Each says what the service covers, who it suits and what happens next, and each ends at the same quote form. Every office and its own phone number and email sit on the contact page, because a freight enquiry usually arrives as a call rather than a form.
